Our process

We integrate seamlessly into your business with a structured and efficient process. Designed for clarity and ease, this process ensures consistency across every case, with regular updates to keep you informed at every stage.

Welcome call

The first step for all new clients is to book a 30 minute discovery call with our founder, Ben. This is your opportunity to see if we’re the right fit for your business needs.

Case submission

If you’re happy, we will then invite you to submit a case through our online form.

Case check

We will check the proposed case within 48 hours and let you know if it is something we can help with.

Document share

If we can proceed, we will share a secure and unique SharePoint link which you can use to share all the case specific paperwork with us. At this point we will also tell you an anticipated completion date for the case.

Case processing

We will work on the case with the aim of completing within 7 working days unless otherwise agreed with you.

Review and approve

Once we’re happy, we will share the report and supporting documentation with you via SharePoint for you to review and approve.

Feedback

This is your opportunity to review the work we have done. If you have any feedback or need us to amend anything, now is the time to let us know.

Amendments

We will work on any requested amendments and return the report and supporting documents to you via SharePoint.

Close case

Once you have confirmed you’re happy and there are no more changes required, we will close the case, issue our invoice, and then delete the client’s data from our system after one month.
